Our standard 2" louver vent comes with 1/4" grid, 23-gage galvanized bird screen on the back. Insect screen or bird screen with dust filters are available options. The mitered cut frame and riveted blades are constructed of heavy duty .055" thick aluminum extruded in America. These vents are great for commercial or residential applications. Specify the opening size to the nearest 1/4". Front mounting "Flange Frame" style louvers are manufactured 1/2" undersize to allow for possible out of square openings. Our Door Louvers are the same style , but the louver thickness is adjustable to fit doors 1-5/8" to 2-3/4" thick. Door Louvers come with an additional frame for the back of the door that slips over the main louver's sides within the door. Our 4-inch louvers are welded and come in front mounting "Flange Frame Style" or "Channel Frame" style. The front flange is 2 inches wide. The 4-inch "Channel Frame" style is not made smaller than ordered, so "measure twice, buy once". The 4-inch louver models use 1/2" grid Expanded Aluminum for Bird Screen. These heavy duty welded industrial louvers can be used as equipment screens for concealing rooftop equipment.
